This morning a Cascade Farm’s van with one of the finer graphic designs: butcher diagrams of meat and various other elements gathering associations of class and taste integrated into the van with a sticker wrap. Restaurants and farms in this century have more access to design and information conveying tools to promote their quality and taste. Half a century in the past and typeset and letterhead formed a solid identity and class to a restaurant. Now, a restaurant can have custom menu options and the availability to print in house or at little notice. The advancement of graphics is amazing for business, especially something like Cascade Farm’s van. I enjoy seeing companies able to communicate their goods but I also appreciate restaurants and farms that have their menu like the hamburger stand called In & Out. Classic.
